COVID-19 Protocols

Current Covid-19 Protocols for Country Vegas Elopements -  April 19th, 2021

 

Masks & face coverings:

  • Every person (including guests and vendors) shall wear a mask or face covering that covers their mouth, nose, and chin during your entire stay (indoor or outdoor) at Country Vegas Elopements. 

 

Physical Distancing:

  • Please maintain physical distancing of 2 metres (6 feet) between everyone unless attending with members of the same household.  Note: physical distancing of at least two metres is required in Hamilton during COVID-19 under By-law 20-164

 

Gathering Limits:

  • Gathering limits for wedding ceremony services where physical distancing can be maintained are limited to a capacity of 10 people including vendors (indoor and outdoor combined)

  • Social gatherings before or after ceremony services are not permitted.

 

Safety plans/screening:

  • Country Vegas Elopements will keep a detailed attendance record for contact tracing (name, date, time/event and email or phone number). 

  • Country Vegas Elopements asks everyone to assess themselves for symptoms of COVID-19 and to stay home if any symptoms are present.

  • Country Vegas Elopements requires all guests on the property to answer the following COVID-19 screening questions upon arrival.

Screening questions:

  • Have you travelled outside of Canada in the last 14 days? 

  • Are you experiencing any symptoms of COVID-19 (e.g., shortness of breath, cough, sore throat, or fever)? 

  • Have you been in close contact with a person showing symptoms or tested positive for COVID-19? 

  • Have you been in close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has been outside of Canada in the last 14 days? If a person answers “YES” to any of the screening questions or refuses to answer, then they have failed the screening and cannot enter the site.

 

Cleaning/disinfection:

  • Country Vegas Elopements practices routine cleaning and disinfection to ensure that sanitary conditions are maintained.

  • Country Vegas Elopements will provide hand sanitization stations. 

  • Country Vegas Elopements will provide medical grade masks for any visitors who need one.
