How much notice do you need to book our celebration?

For all our package options we prefer 7 days notice, but we can accommodate shorter periods based on availability.

Question 2

What time do we arrive?

Please arrive no more than 15 minutes prior to your scheduled start time. Guests should arrive at your scheduled start time.

Question 3

Is Country Vegas handicap accessible?

Our indoor reception space is wheelchair accessible. However, our on-site washroom has two steps to navigate. A wheelchair will not fit inside the washroom unit.

Please note, our parking lot is gravel and may be a little difficult for a wheelchair to navigate unassisted.

How do witnesses work?

2 witnesses are required by the Province of Ontario. You are welcome to bring your own or have us arrange them. Our fee is $25 +HST per witness. Witnesses must be minimum 18 years of age.

Is Country Vegas pet friendly?

Accepted Answer

Of course! We welcome you to bring your leashed dog to come celebrate with you at Country Vegas. Please just let us know when you book that you would like to bring your pet. Kindly please clean up after your dog.

Question 6

Do you offer religious ceremonies?

Accepted Answer

We are sorry we do not provide religious ceremonies. Donny is registered as a humanist officiant with Humanist Canada and offers fun and personalized secular ceremonies. You won't be disappointed!
 
If you prefer a religious ceremony you are welcome to bring your own Officiant, however the fee for Country Vegas will remain the same. Donny will happily recommend a religious Officiant if you prefer.

Question 7

What about the marriage license?

You are required by law to provide your own marriage license for your ceremony. You can obtain your marriage license from your local City Hall. Please also bring Government issued identification.

We will take care of mailing your marriage license for you after your ceremony. We send your license by regular mail for no additional fee. If you would like it sent by courier with a tracking number, we charge an additional fee of $25 CAD.

Can we bring our own photographer or videographer?

All photography is provided in-house at Country Vegas.

We do not allow outside media companies on-site. If you would like to have a videographer we have preferred vendors, just ask!

Question 9

When will I get my photos?

Accepted Answer

Your library of proofs will be available within one week of your wedding. After we receive your photo selections, expect your final images within another week.

Question 10

Will you be sharing our photos online?

Accepted Answer

Country Vegas Elopements and your photographer own the rights to your photos and they may be used online for marketing and promotional purposes.

Question 11

Are there vegetarian and vegan options available?

Accepted Answer

Yes, we can accommodate vegan and vegetarian options for our charcuterie. Please let us know any dietary restrictions well in advance.

Unfortunately, our cake is not dairy, nut, or gluten free.

Question 12

Can we bring our own alcoholic beverages to enjoy on site?

No. 😊

We provide water and a selection of soft drinks. Our celebratory toast is non-alcoholic.

Question 13

Can we smoke on the property?

Accepted Answer

Yes.  You may smoke cigarettes, cigars, and vape at Country Vegas, outdoors only. Please use the disposals provided.

No cannabis is allowed to be used on the property.
